Mark your calendars | 7.13.22 and 7.27.22

Wednesday Work Evenings

In June, we came together to manage weeds at the High Trails and also to mow, trim, and weed eat along the Noble Avenue Trail. This July we will focus on Road-Side clean-ups.

July 13th | Dump Road (10 Mile Rd.) clean-up. We will meet at the Dillon Overlook Trailhead at 5:30 pm. Trash bags will be provided.

July 27th | Hwy 91 N. Clean-up will begin at 5:30 pm. We will meet at Town Pump and continue out towards Lewis and Clark Lookout. Trash bags will be provided.

Wild Montana and Volunteers

Thanks to everyone for your coordination and efforts. We were able to complete three days of trail work on the Dillon High Trails!

The Youth Challenge cadets assisted and got some quality work done. Here's some highlights:

• 2250' of Retreaded Trail

  • We improved sections of the Canyon Cutoff Trail, Tim's Ridge Trail, and Pete's Gully.

• 120 lbs of concrete mix and 60 lbs water hauled 1/4 mile for a new bench installation project

• 11 volunteers contributing 176.5 Volunteer Hours

• 68 Gatorades chugged

Monthly Meeting

BTC meets on the third Thursday of every month from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. This month we will be meeting on the 21st. Please consider joining us because we love hearing from our community members about what is important to them! Come hear about our latests projects and upcoming events.

Trail Run | 8.13.22

Pronghorn Pursuit Trail Run

BTC and the Dillon High School Cross Country Team are partnering to bring you the Pronghorn Pursuit. Both a 15K and 5K are offered and we will have an after race feed across from the Brewery. Start times are 8:00 am for the 15K and 8:45 am for the 5K. After race feed will begin at 11:00 am and run until sometime in the early afternoon!
