Trail Work Day!

We will be working on an exciting new trail that will have an easier grade to the top of Tim's Ridge and will also be installing a couple of gates to make the access easier, so you won't have to crawl over, around or through the barbed wire fence.

Bring tools, especially shovels, if you can.  We have some Montana Youth Challenge cadets coming and also some people with trail building skills for guidance.  We'll have water and snacks for everyone and we have our fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate.

Thanks for your support and help with this project!

Great Harvest Bake Day

Join us on March 21, 22 and 23 at Great Harvest to raise dough for Bike Racks! The BTC has begun a project to install bike racks in the downtown Dillon business area. We plan to install racks that can support 4 bikes at one time, or bike corrals that support 6. With these racks, community members and visitors alike will have a safe place to park their bike. Their riding will encourage healthy habits, and lower parking congestion as well as emissions for the downtown Dillon area. For more details on the project click here

If you wish to help the BTC by volunteering during the bake day, click here!

Installation of New Benches!

Please join us as we install our new benches on the Dillon Town Overlook trail system! As you may know, we had a bench, and a BLM bench in our trail system, and they were stolen this past spring 2017. We found the BLM bench, but the BTC bench was never recovered. This will not hinder our efforts however. We will be able to not only replace the first bench, but install a second bench as well. BLM is planning to replace their bench also, to make a total of three new benches!

We will meet at the trail head at on Saturday, October 21st, 10 a.m.!

Bring gloves and a smile!
