It all started when…

...we began to grow, and our list of projects, dreams, and requests began to grow with us. 

Over the years, the BTC has flourished, as has our projects. With each one comes a story, a dream, a goal. And as the list grew, we knew we needed a better way to organize and strategize. So we met with a strategy expert, and compiled it all into a living document. This document we visit often, remembering our what, when and why. We update, and move forward, improving our community and organization with each step.
